@M1thotyn Professional athletes are extremely careful about what they eat and usually are on a supplement? regiment as well.
No professional athlete eats party pizzas all day.
Most professional athletes probably never even touch junk foods, fast foods or soda.
Take Lance Armstrong for example he is a foody and his website is full of nutrition information.
@CloneWarrior001 The bulk fiber in raw fruits and veggies makes it difficult to get enough protein and calories. This is? why vegetarians incorporate nuts, beans, lentils, soy, etc. into their diets.
This also why people juice. By removing all the bulk fiber you can get a super packed nutrient dense juice.
Nothing wrong with eating tons of fruits and veggies they are generally micro-nutrient rich but not calorie dense.

@brucenash We even mentioned in the video that populations which it a natural indigenous diet have low obesity rates. “Indigenous”? means “originating or occurring naturally in a particular place; native” i.e. local foods. They also have low tooth decay.
@brucenash the “American aboriginals” were not nutrient deficient because they ate food from the earth and had? naturally clean water. the processed “foods” that line our grocery store shelves and fast food are devoid of nutrition.

Have been in McDon I think 3 times in my life - that was enough disgusting.
First time I just tried… second time I was at the railway station? at 6 a.m. (Mc was the only place open)… the last time was late at night in Brisbane, then I just ordered a salad.

@RottenRroses The problem is that in US it’s really hard to find a good loaf of bread.
Everything is so damn processed with like 50 ingredients for just bread! In Ukraine I can at least buy rye bran bread with has nothing but rye, yeast, water & salt - that’s it! 2-3 good slices of it? is enough for me per day and no problems with blood sugar.
I head about Ezekiel 4:9 Bread - never saw it except of WholeFoods…. all the bread is sealed in plastic? and feels like a sponge, so you cannot cut it.

@M1thotyn Now you are being ridiculous. All professional athletes have extremely strict dietary habits including supplementation. The NBA even has official dietary guidelines for it’s athletes and the teams will have full time nutritional consultants.
You might see an NBA guy eat a bag of cookies but you didn’t see? all the other stuff ate.
I think it’s funny that McDonald’s and Coca Cola sponsor the Olympics when most of the athletes would never touch the stuff.

The problem is that most people get their info from mainstream media, sponsored either by the food companies or the governments.
@CloneWarrior001 Maybe? you missed my point. Doesn’t matter if you’re always eating. Athletes eat damn near all day long. If you exercise intensely, your metabolism will be high. If you’re in good enough shape to run a marathon, you can eat party pizzas all day long and never get fat.

I just recently saw an experiment on tv, with people living exclusively from raw vegeteables.
The result was, that our bodies arent used to? it anymore and no matter how much you eat, you’re still hungry, because your body cannot get enough out of it.
That’s propably the same/similar reason, why cows &co are permanently eating.
Okie I watched the video. Great video I love you Corrina but eh I’m going? to stick with Steve on weight loss advice. I don’t think anyone should be nutrient deficient unless all there calories are coming from processed candies. lol Even so a good multi-vita would make up for most of that. Thanks alot
