The Making Of a Weight Loss Guru (2 of 2 )
www.undergroundwellness.com Paul Chek Jr from Paul Chek Live stopped by to interview me for his father’s channel a couple weeks ago and this is what came out. Keep an eye out for a 3 part dialogue with Paul Jr and I about CULTURE and its positive and negative influences in our lives. Warning its a spicy conversation, hehe.

ADD comes from an unhealthy brain( which is made of cholesterol and fat) and kids are not eating the fats and cholesterol they eat

I think thats a bit easy to say. We are omnivores, we are built to eat everything, our teeth tell as much. And now look at other omnivores in nature: They steal eggs and eat them raw, when they can get milk they eat it, they also eat fruit and insects for protein. The secret of their food is that it is raw and unprocessed.
“While the human genome is mostly the same in all people, slight differences exist. This genetic variation, spread across many genes, makes up about one-tenth of a percent of each person’s DNA.” -Human Genetic Variation Fact Sheet, National Institute of General Medical Sciences.
Let me correct my original claim of genetic variation of less than .01%
The correct way to write one tenth of one percent is: .1% or .001
You went to an average American school, it sounds like.
My cousins (mother side) eat very little but whatever they want, rarely exercise and still have a six pack and reasonable muscle size. I exercise regularly and eat right yet despite my efforts I can’t get rid of my pouch belly and love handles.
They suffer from various sleep disorders (talking during sleep, sleep walking, insomnia, narcolepsy) and asthma. I have none of those.
Same family yet completely different genetics. I would say that the difference there is definitely more than 0.01%.
umm…look at this dude’s body, built on meat, eggs and raw milk.
Nature put the yolk in the egg to feed the growing chick. Nature also put the cholesterol, fat and massive amounts of estrogen in cow’s milk because that’s exactly what a baby cow needs for massive growth. Nature didn’t make human milk with low protein and high carbs so a dog would get sick from drinking it. Because it’s made for a human. See? And cow’s milk is for cows. And eggs are for chicks.
When you mess with nature, you get problems. And that’s what we’re seeing now.
The only part of this video that is accurate is the info on the soil.
“Biochemical individuality/metabolic typing” is a bunch of crap. The furthest genetic distance between any given 2 ppl is .01% well you’re going to have a fraction of variation within any species yet you don’t find the extreme variation among any other animal compared to humans & virtually all of humanity is so far removed from natural diet to begin with. Humans are specialized frugivores.
Money creates conflicts of interests in the health field and probably even more in the political field.
Oh how sad. My foods studies class was totally underfunded, When someone had extra fruit or vegetables to spare, we would have a class that would revolve around what was in season. Apples, berries and peaches for pies and cobblers, and veggies for many good soups, salads and whole grain breads. I feel it was a blessing to have such little money to work with as it was much healthier than your school.
I can totally related to the meal plan thing except our school is ran by Chartwells where the food is unhealthy and disgusting.
I went to school at a major university where I studied nutrition. Our school was highly funded by pepsi and kraft and other processed food companies. These companies gave a great deal of money to the nutrition department, this obligated the school and faculty to give a one sided food pyramid view on nutrition, and anyone else that deviated was fired. True story…
give us a link to the article…where can we get some of this soil?
Your videos have really made an impact on my life. I really want to study it now and spread the word! Do you know where I can do a nutrition course at degree level in NY…I can find a bunch of nutrition courses myself but no idea if they know what they’re talking about. Anyone?

Detox is a good idea if you have had a lot of junk food and little nutritious food for a long time.. It cleanses all the crap that is blocked up in your Liver, Digestive System & Stomach.
While on a detox, you would have 5 meals a day (no skipping meals) comprising of mostly sprouts, nuts, seeds, grains, fresh fruits, vegetables. No animal products, or junk.
is detoxing the body a good idea and if so what are some of the best ways to go about it with out feeling so hungry because every time skip a meal i get migraines
I read an article about soil and there is some realy rich soil in South America called terra preta. If farms used terra preta the plants grown on it would be healthier than the regular organic foods. (if the terra preta is organic soil too)
where’s part 1?
