Hi Sean, I really like your style. There is a question; I have a goat and I drink her fresh raw milk, I make home made Kefir with the rest. Do you think goat milk is as good as cow milk ? Can’t have a cow; too big !! In the winter I drink raw cow milk from a neighboor. But it is not organic.

i think…eating and makeing sure you burn off what you eat is best,…..if you wanna loose weight just burn more than you take in…and DO NOT eat late….
Your not going to look like a blimp eating coconut oil if you eat it in moderation, as should everything else you put into your body. Too much of anything can be a bad thing, take for exaple vitamin c; deficienct intake of vit c leads to scurvy whereas overindulgence in vitamin c can lead to kidney stones and problems. Awareness and moderation is key.
I can’t believe it…I’m not the only one on the planet that will go for days without eating…I too, have the same type of diet and body…how many people can say that they still wear a size 28 inch jeans for the past 37years. I’m 52 years old. have no body fat, build like a swimmer and stronger than I’ve ever been in my life!

usually lamb isn’t grain fed nor anabolicly treated because they are slaughtered so young.
Eating coconut oil straight is completely fine. Get a big spoon and do it. I guarantee you’ll look great.
