Summer Workout for fat burning weight loss - how to get flat stomach - six pack ( female / male )

Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen - and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area. www.passion4profession.net

i actually do this workout..trust me you can feel the burn , but the thing is that if ya have a beer gut (like im tryin to get rid of..lol)..this work out works out the muscles and tones ya up but you still need to do some kind of running or cardio to help shed the fat, .. because the muscle is under the fat and you have to loose the fat for the muscle to show..

everything fine, but that training is not good for your neck - the neck should be stabilised by hands like for example in ex. number 2. And also your back should be closer to the floor - do not take it to high, cause it’s bad for your spine. Overall in abs ex. the most important thing is to do it really slowly with maximium muscle contraction and to do it properly, cause you don; t need any spine injuries!!!
take care all of you guys!

if the fat won’t go away then its probably not something abs can help you with. try doing some heavy lifting to build muscles behind your pecs and abs.

You should really try to burn fat doing cardiovascular exercises, this is really more for abdominal strength. Despite what the video says, I’ve always been told you can’t spot reduce fat. You have to lose it all over the body.

This cud certainly be a pain in the neck when you have to keep your head off the ground. Wish there was an easier way than to go though that kinda pain.

My second day in a row doing this work out. Or, trying to atleast. It’s true that it is in no way a workout for beginners, but it is an excellent one regardless. Significantly more burn than the other workouts i’ve found on youtube, very helpful. Thanks!
