    it depends, if your vegetables develop a slimy covering then its a hybrid, if it turns brown its natural

    I use a breville juicer for a quick boost

    i juice, parsley, cilantro, bell pepper, broccoli, water crest, spinach, baby spinach, carrots and a h whole stock of celery to neutralize the taste

    after a glass of it i feel like a teenager again

    its the sugar that sucks your life force

    No liquid oils should be used for cooking. If you just have to use cooking fats, coconut and palm are best because they can take quite a bit of heat before breaking down into toxic crap.

    The advice is good, and I support them 100%, but I just had to laugh when I heard her made up name aloud. It sounds rather like imprecise. LOL

    I’ve heard that. Some people don’t eat bananas either. At this point I’m just trying not to eat processed foods. I used to do mostly carrot juice and now I use mainly celery and cucumbers.

    All greens are very alkalyzing. I’ve been doing a juice of Celery, cucumber, parsley, kale, and a few carrots. Definately gives me more energy. I’ve also been upping the water intake which has amazing benefits. If you can find a natural spring in your area, that would be the best. Check out findaspring(dot)com

    Pretty awsome. I believe I use the same sea salt :) I keep telling my mom not to use olive oil to cook but she doesnt listen :( but anyway love the idea for the juice. I’ll be trying it soon.
