Please tell us EXACTLY how much water to drink with one banana. Drink 12 ounces first, then eat the banana, or the other way around? How much is enough ? If I am constipated, can I get action by eating four bananas per day with 10 ounces of water after each fruit ? These are details necessary to know. Thanks in advance.

Witch? Hazel gel works very well on piles, but can leave a burning sensation. Menthol petroleum jelly really soothes all the discomfort. If you combine the two you have a wonderful combination that cleans and relieves the pain of piles, reducing their size over time too. NO MORE PAIN: I suffered from Hemorrhoids for 17 years. The first 10 were sporadic non threatening. Then they became frequent and pain in the ass. Till a couple of years ago when the pain was intolerable. The size of one was that of a medium shallot I had purchased every known ointment sold on the market. Nothing work, till I ordered CLEARMED. It was the only thing that worked! within 2-4 days, it shrunk my hemorrhoids, stopped the pain!!! You owe it to yourself I have nothing to gain from this.
