Group activity that involving non-smokers is another excellent way of staying away from cigarettes as they will support any weak moments you may develop. Moreover you will not feel the urge if you cannot see any of your friends smoking. You will also notice that you become a tougher and fitter person once you win the battle against smoking naturally.
