@bie2ugi of course not.. this is a very dangerous thing to do? Over drinking water can possibly explode your stomach (no kidding google the lady from radio who drank too much water). What it does is just fills your stomach up so you don’t feel hungry, i.e. water has no calories.. losing weight takes time, don’t ever try to rush it..

Me too..I’ll weigh in the morning then weigh again in the afternoon and i’m like 5 or 6 lbs heavier..It use to freak me out but it’s simple really.When you weigh in the morning you probably haven’t eaten or drank anything yet so you’ll weigh less less.Then after you eat and drink You’ll weigh a few lbs more later in the day.The good thing is that most of that weight will end up in the toilet lol (Sorry 2 put it like that)..So your weight in the morning is your true weight. I dont know it has me boggled! Like really Im trying to lose weight. I started out at 160 I have been working out and eating healthy with plenty of water. I wake up in the morning weight in at 152 and go to bed weighing 159! Like what the hell. I love dasani so I do drink about 4 or 5 bottles a day. I know I have lost weight but the scale keeps lying to me by the hour!
