The inability of men to reproduce is termed as infertility and this is one of the prime concerns among many men across the globe. Organic foods are free from any chemicals and pesticides which can hamper the sperm count. People are so busy with their life that they hardly get time to cook healthy food and this is the reason why they have made junk food their staple diet. Such foodstuff increases the level of the cholesterol in the body of people and therefore it can lead to low sperm count. Therefore it is advisable for people to maintain a habit of eating healthy food. Eating food which is rich in vitamin and zinc can prove to be a great help from the point of view of increasing sperm count.

Water is a great way to avoid health problems, therefore drinking a minimum of eight glass of water everyday can help you to increase sperm count.

Alcohol consumption can also have ill effects on the sexual health of a person as it affects the semen production. Completely quitting the consumption of alcohol can help you to increase sperm count.

Smoking is also injurious to health and it can even make a person impotent. Smoking also reduces the sperm count therefore quitting smoking completely is highly recommended. In order to stay away from such problems avoid smoking and the increase in sperm count is possible.
