    Glad you and the commenter below emphasized that this is about *RAW* honey. It makes a huge difference as all other honey (which is denatured) has lost the health benefits. Raw is? best! :0)

    all of this is true for raw unprocessed honey…none of? it is true for regular honey that is found in the grocery store-as the processed type has very few nutrients left intact and as is the case of ALL honey- it is still a sweetener and will mess with your insulin levels so must be used very very carefully for anyone who has any metabolic issues, especially diabetics
