I want to try a Juice Fast (i’ve only done 1-3 days before) or the Master Cleanse. Which would you recommend more?

naha, can so relate to that. Normally I am up ’till v-late, as long as I can. When I fast, I start to “die” by about 10pm, and awaken early feeling low energy, but kind of rested.

Natasha, you may want to consider caloric restriction combined with say, three days of juice fasting per month. Juice fasting by itself will not reduce disease risks across the board.

Yes I look tired on video because my eyes have been all messed up from environmental allergies (hay fever)– I get major eye irritation, so yes I would look ‘tired’!!!

Thank You ALWAYS for your super fabulous suggestions– you always have a way of hitting things right on the mark. Been doing different cleansing things that are helping the allergies, they are getting much better but still a few waves of lingering eye issues. I’ve been meaning to try a castor pack– I will do that. And thank you too for the advice– ‘what am I protecting myself from?’– A LOT!!! Oi!!

ok couple o comments! you do look tired now, but not on previous vids when I presume you were getting less sleep..fasting..is it really necessary you were fine before!

the weight thing is obviously an issue for you ..but your face (cant see the rest) definately looks thinner….whatever you weight on scales, you look thinner….enough fasting Id would think!!

Louise Hay says that excess weight is a form of protection - so maybe ask yourself what you are protecting yourself from. How does excess weight serve you?

Are you doing any cleansing like enemas?

Eyes and allergies are related to the liver. If you are open to it, consider coffee enemas. Also look at liver flushes. I’ve done a lot of liver flushing and wow - it cured all my allergies and all sorts of other stuff.

Oh, castor oil packs on the colon and liver are fab too!!

13 yrs old is too young for fasting– this is a time to be building & growing, definitely not fasting! If he/she is having hard time sleeping make sure he/she is exercising everyday & stops using computer or tv at least 2 hours before going to bed (computer screens is known to cause insomnia because of the bright light, the brain registers it as daylight and person can not sleep). See if that helps. Also, absolutely no soda, coffee or tea, and stay away from processed sugar.

You should try some of Steve Pavlina’s ideas on being an early riser. He is a raw foodist as well and he has some interesting ideas about sleep
