“The chewing effect causes us to become less stressed.”

Interviewer: “So your ideal diet is a liquid diet?”

DW: “My ideal diet is a liquid diet, but occasionally I have a small salad of wild herbs. That’s kind of how I live.”

Interviewer: “Yeah, but then you don’t chew”
DW: “Well, I chew that little salad of herbs”

    Groundbreaking stuff … NOT

My initial thoughts about this guy was that he was a bit of an egotist. I don’t think it’s necessary to be 100% raw.
I would miss a nice hot jacket potato, for instance.
I’m already vegetarian and after a while food can become something obsessive.

Having said that, raw food is amazing. Eat a decent amount of salad… it just makes you feel better and think more clearly.

NO. I have a device called a Bullshit Detector and it’s beeping very f%*$%^ loudly.
You have to be pretty gullible to believe this kind of New Age Spiritual mumbo jumbo.

“Wild vegetables are much too powerful to eat in that quantity”

“When you chew vegetables, you produce as much as 4 times serotonin than you do in your normal waking state.”

“So the natural de-stressor is to chew vegetables. That’s a really good way to deal with stress.”

He ‘lives’ wherever he can find people gullible enough to pay $50 a head for his rip-off self-promotional guru cult of celebrity seminars where he’s the hero. What a tosser. He thinks he has all the answers. When in fact he’s full of lies, deception and greed. He just passed through my city and charged 400 people $50 each to listen to him rabbit on about nothing much and constantly spruiked his over-priced so called ’super foods’. Wolfe is a super douche.

I bought some wild arugula from Trader Joe’s…is that considered a true wild food?

Hi Barath, yes there are, all these green land, mountains, it’s nice :) You’re doing great, we all have to find ways towards a more sustainable living, we are all doing our best, right? Ohh, minced meat from beef, have to look up the proper english words for that. It’s more like a raw hamburger with the raw egg tucked up in the middle of the meat and sprinkled with seasalt and parsely. It’s a famous old fashioned dish. yummie….:) all the best for now :)

Ah your Swedish!..lots of room for gardens in general :) Stuck in Denmark in an apartment, so growth lamps for home made is only viable alternative for me. The ingrediences are expensive bc they are organic locally grown and thus tested here where the organic system works fairly well. I know that direct from source is cheaper, but too far out there for daily basis. I can follow you on running yolk, tastes better imo too. Mince raw?..like Steak Tatare then? What lean cuts are good raw btw?

@barath4545 PS/ This way, I don’t need expensive imported superfoods. My superfoods comes directly from the grounds around the house - for FREE! Always investigate what grows nearby, what’s natural in your enviroment. That way you can live like a superbeing…for real! Love & Peace from Sweden…

@barath4545 …when it comes to raw eggs; I sometimes poche and cook but leave the egg yolk runny. In that way I still get to eat raw. Minced meat in my dishes are always organic and spiced with good organic herbs, from my own country: fresh or dried, never from China, Spain etc. That way you control your food as much as possible. This way of eating (living) is so empowering. It gives you a feeling of peace, being near nature and trying to take controll over the food. We have to or we’ll perish.

@barath4545 Hello :) A good thing to avoid bad bacteria is to always buy organic free range, locally grown foods, rinse and perhaps grow some of the greens yourself in pots and pans etc. The options are many. The problem is industrial foods, imported foods which we don’t know wha’ts on them, in them, what chemicals are used etc. Always go for organic, locally grown produce. it might be a little hard at first but once you get started it’s a piece of cake! :) AND fun!

If you eat raw eggs arent you affraid of the salmonella risk?
I know the disease is transfered via the poo only so it can only cover the shell, which means you can dip an egg in boiling water and then dip it in ice water right thereafter and get rid of 99% of the bacteria, but do raw ppl do this, then?
    PS: Many good answers here.

Not quite. Culinary bananas are pretty much natural too. Cavendish bananas are naturally large and soft and bright yellow.
And going out and getting our own food is outdated. A modern society cannot possibly sustain itself the old fashioned hunting and gathering way. Too many people and not enough wild resources. Thinking we should all rely on ourselves in food would also put around a billion people out of work.

Small comment. if we think about it, bananas today are not even grown natural, ’cause they are sterile. A natural banana is usually very small and FULL of seeds; not bright yellow and big…they spray them and cover them with plastics. It’s a weird sight. Pineapples, mangos come wide and far away, but hardly anyone eat the endless resources of herbs and berries growing for free (??) out there. we are so dependent on the food industry, we’ve forgotten how to be self sustained. that must change…

    - palpulation, no itchy skin (gluten) so many benefits. My hear is growing like weeds (yeah!), my teeth thank me by becoming strong, stronger nails etc. But it takes some time. I let my body get used to this slowly. So, no more gluten or processed foods, more spring water porks and fats, deer, liver etc. whatever is near and seasonal. And the best bonus of all, a feeling of total harmony in knowing that this is logical, natural. I eat like our natives (samee nativs) but more raw. Love it :)

Hi Littlehen, thank you. Yes, it might sound terrible eating raw meat for many reasons and that’s ok. We have come so far away from natural eating that it might take some time to adjust to it on many levels. What helped me was that I suddenly understood the very core, the missing link in our human history. I read all about our ancestors, far and near, about our indegionus people still eating/living this way today. Amazing. I feel greeat, strong, full of life! No more pain. No more heart -

Thanks for answering so thoroughly, Seaboat. I’m not too sure about eating raw meat, it makes me pretty nauseous thinking about it… how is the rest of your health (teeth aside), when you stopped eating all that fruit, and started eating the meat/diary??

Note. when we eat like the gather- hunters diet and pick and eat wylde foods, we don’t need all those wylde foods all the year around. We are made to eat a variety of foods BUT not everyday or the whole year around. Now, all these gurus tell you to not eat too much fats, nuts, seedds etc BUT what the heck are left to eat to become full!? They are fooling us, for sure. Check what we’ve been eating for thousands and thousands of years; meat fish fats, berries, and most when in season only. Logical.

Hi Littlehen; hop I understand your question ; first I gave up exotic fruits: painful. then i gave up eating fruits all year around. I eat berries when in season and apples, pears when in season but only if they are grown in my country, not from Europe or Africa. And most important, I eat raw fish, meat and eggs, butters and full cream and lots and lots of saturated fats. THAT saved my gums etc (gingivitis etc)! Raw vegan ruined my teeth (to much carbs and sweet)animal foods saved them :)
